Had few problems with the internet recently – with BT.
Had a call saying it was BT and noted a few problems on my use and tried to help and said that they will get an engineer to pop over tomorrow. Would do some checking if OK. Yes I thought and they connected and said that the fault was there and a refund would have to be paid and asked me to check my bank account so they could arrange. Got suspicions. Then got a text message from by bank about a payment going out needed my approval. I ended the call and pulled the plug on the internet.
When to the bank and found that they had tried to empty my bank account. Closed the account and starting a new account. But now receiving call after call from different numbers – all trying to talk to me about my BT problem. !!!!!!!!!!!
